How Much Does PRP Microneedling Cost
The cost of PRP microneedling depends on the amount of service required and the area of the body being treated. Many factors can play into the cost of it, which may be discussed with the practitioner at the consultation appointment.
What Is Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP)?
PRP is all natural and plays a vital role in the way the human body’s healing process. PRP is used for microneedling, hair restoration, and other anti-aging benefits. The process uses your own blood to heal your own body. There are no artificial fillers or remedies; it is strictly an all-natural procedure.
Is PRP a natural hair loss solution?
In short, the answer is yes. This is due to the use of your own cells to rejuvenate hair follicles. However, it is not a permanent solution to hair loss. Typically, in order for PRP to take full effect and produce positive results, at least three PRP treatment sessions are recommended with 4-6 weeks intervals between the treatment sessions. Additional maintenance PRP treatment sessions will be recommended based on an individual client’s needs.
Does PRP Help With Acne Scarring?
Yes, the process of PRP does aid in the healing of acne scars. PRP is usually used in combination with microneedling and radiofrequency microneedling, such as Vivace or various laser treatments, to significantly improve skin appearance and correct acne scarring. A series of 3 to 4 treatment sessions, spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart, is recommended; however, your treatment plan will be based on the initial comprehensive client consultation and assessment, health history, and most importantly, your goals.
