What is Vivace?

Vivace is a revolution in skincare. Vivace’s treatment combines microneedling, radiofrequency, and LED to revitalize the skin on the face, neck, chest, or hands. The Vivace system enables us to customize the procedure to address the exact needs of your skin.
The Vivace applicator houses 36 fine, gold-tipped needles. These medical-grade needles create micro-channels in the skin.
Vivace’s gold-tipped needles reach into the dermis in order to jumpstart healthy skin function and renewal. The system automates the rate of needle application to guarantee a safe, consistent treatment.
The treatment is precise: the needles are adjustable to reach the appropriate level of the dermis. Vivace can reach up to 31 different dermal layers. This level of customization is not available with other Radiofrequency treatments!
Vivace’s gold-tipped needles emit targeted radiofrequency energy that penetrates to the deep layers of the skin. Vivace with PRP
Vivace delivers amazing results! When Vivace is combined with the natural healing power of PRP, the result is a complete skin makeover. PRP, or platelet-rich-plasma, is a potent serum of healing proteins and growth factors. PRP has been used to help heal athletic injuries for years. Now, it is revolutionizing hair and skin care! PRP application has shown to stimulate new collagen and skin cell growth, as well as accelerate healing.
PRP is completely safe, because it is a product of your own body. In order to prepare PRP, patients give a sample of their blood prior to their procedure. The blood is processed through a centrifuge to isolate the nutrient-rich platelets. The PRP is then applied topically to the skin following the Vivace treatment. PRP will soak into the microchannels to affect the deep layers of the skin.
PRP application dramatically improves outcomes and achieves greater reduction in scars, fine lines, and wrinkles.

What is a Vivace Treatment?
A Vivace treatment is performed over a 45 minute session. In order to maintain patient comfort during treatment, a topical numbing cream will be applied. The cream will need 30 to 45 minutes to take effect before the treatment can begin.
Once you are comfortable, the Vivace applicator will be applied methodically to the treatment area. The fine, gold-tipped needles will create clean microchannels in the skin. The needles will be adjusted to reach the appropriate level of the dermis. The Vivace applicator will emit Radiofrequency waves from the needles, which will heat and tighten the tissues to promote remodeling and collagen production. In order to address the specific needs of your skin, anti-aging red LED light or acne-fighting blue LED light will be applied to the treated area as appropriate.
Once the treatment is complete, a combination of serums will be applied to the skin. The microchannels will let your skin drink in the benefits of these solutions! Patients who would like to see their best result will receive PRP application at this time.
Recovery
There is no downtime required after Vivace! Unlike other microneedling treatments, there will be little to no redness or swelling after your Vivace session. Your microchannels will close within six hours. Makeup can be safely applied after this point.

You don’t have to wait to see results with Vivace. The radiofrequency energy accelerates collagen production: you will see an improvement within three days of your treatment!

Patients will notice results three days after the first treatment. However, it is recommended that three to four treatments, with four to six weeks apart, be scheduled to achieve the most desirable and optimal results.
